The Nichols School Board of Trustees is composed of 24 members. They are principally charged with The self-perpetuating entity charged with the strategic, long-term protection and strengthening of the financial, physical, and programmatic assets of the School, while manifesting the mission of the school. A Board member serves two three year terms, and serves on at least one standing committee of the Board.
The Board meets three times per school year; although additional special meetings may be scheduled. The dates for the 2009-2010 year are:
